Dr. Hayley Collinge, BSc, ND, is a British Columbia-licensed Naturopathic Doctor with over 12 years of clinical experience providing integrative, patient-centred healthcare. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Psychology at Thompson Rivers University before graduating from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in 2013. Her longstanding interest in psychology and the relationship between physical and mental health continues to inform her clinical approach.
Dr. Hayley’s clinical interests include ADHD, sleep disorders, cognitive health, anxiety, depression, stress management, and overall mental well-being. She has a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing challenges with attention, executive functioning, insomnia, disrupted sleep, fatigue, emotional regulation, and cognitive performance.
Her approach recognizes that mental and physical health are closely interconnected. She considers potential contributing factors such as nutritional status, hormonal and metabolic health, chronic stress, sleep quality, lifestyle, and underlying medical conditions. By taking a comprehensive, individualized approach, she aims to identify factors that may be affecting a patient’s well-being and develop practical, evidence-informed treatment strategies that complement conventional medical and psychological care.
Dr. Hayley’s broader clinical experience includes hormone health, digestive and metabolic conditions, nutritional medicine, and chronic disease management. She holds additional certifications and training in prescriptive authority, IV therapy, and acupuncture, allowing her to bring a broad clinical perspective to patients with complex or overlapping health concerns. She values interdisciplinary collaboration, patient education, and shared decision-making.
After practicing for more than 12 years, including extensive clinical experience in Arizona, Dr. Hayley returned to the Okanagan, a region with deep family roots. Both sets of her grandparents lived in Kelowna, and her mother grew up here, making her return to the area particularly meaningful.
In addition to providing naturopathic care through NeurAlive Counselling & Neurofeedback, Dr. Hayley operates her independent practice, Sanctuary Health & Aesthetics. She is a member in good standing of the British Columbia Naturopathic Doctors Association (BCND) and the Canadian Association of Naturopathic Doctors (CAND).
