Each of our counsellors offers a free consultation to support you in finding the best-fit therapist for you. We also have counsellors who are registered with the First Nations Health Authority (FNHA), which means that Indigenous clients with or without status can access our services at no personal expense. If you have extended health benefits, counselling is likely covered under your plan. If you don’t have extended health benefits, we offer affordable counselling services with our intern counsellors, who are supervised and nearing completion of their master’s degrees.
